BAC +4 / 5 in HRM, sociology, psychology, social sciences, labor law … (business school with specialization in HR).

CAMEROON EMPLOYMENT SERVICES, a company specialized in human resources management, supporting companies and young people in achieving their professional goals, is looking for HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER for one of their clients.

Main mission: is responsible for deploying the HR policy of the domain entrusted to him. He is the guarantor of the correct procedures and ensures their implementation.

Description of tasks

Implement the HR policy in its area of expertise (skills management, training, career management, administrative and social management, payroll, recruitment, HRIS, etc.) ;
Advise and assist operational managers in their HR issues ;
Ensure integration and HR monitoring of employees ;
Ensure compliance with the legal obligations of the domain ;
Ensure regular reporting of HR activities and issues to management ;
Participate in the management of transversal projects dealing with an HR issue ;
Participate in internal or external communication actions ;
Manage his team.
